1. Open the flow or actions page<\/p>\n\n\n\n

From your project, look for the menu or button named Actions<\/strong>, Flows<\/strong>, or Automation<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In some versions, the flow page may be accessible from the project dashboard or the sidebar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

2. Click New Flow or Add Flow<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Find a button with a + icon, or labels such as\u00a0Create New Flow<\/strong>\u00a0or\u00a0New Flow<\/strong>. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

If your interface first shows existing flows, the button is usually in the top right corner.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

3. Give the flow a clear name<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Enter a title that explains what the flow does, such as Create Meeting Report<\/em> or Automatic Invoice Extraction<\/em>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Add a short description if a description field is available.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

4. Add the first action<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Choose an action type from the available list, for example:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  • Create a document<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Extract data<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Send an email<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Create a widget or report<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

    For each action, click Add<\/strong> or Select<\/strong> and then fill in the required settings.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    5. Configure the action settings<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    For each action in the flow, specify:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    • The input data (tags, sources, files, project, etc.)<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • The expected output (document type, destination, email, etc.)<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Any run conditions if those options are available<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

      Review each action before moving to the next one.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      6. Add additional actions if needed<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      A flow can contain multiple actions executed in order.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      After adding the first action, use the Add an action<\/strong> button to chain the next steps.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      7. Check the order and dependencies<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      Make sure the action order matches the process you want to automate.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      For example, extraction should happen before generating a report and sending an email.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      8. Save the flow<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      When the flow is complete, click Save<\/strong>, Publish<\/strong>, or the equivalent button.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      If a validation warning appears, fix any missing fields and save again.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      9. Test the flow<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      Run the flow with an example or test input if that option is available.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      Check the result and adjust actions if needed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      10. Activate or schedule the flow<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      If your interface offers an activation option, turn on the flow so it runs automatically.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      You may also be able to schedule regular runs (daily, weekly, etc.).<\/p>\n\n\n\n
